Your Mission:
- Transform customer needs into optimal system designs. 🛠️
- Take ownership of engineering processes and key subsystems within our advanced naval combat system product line.
- Engage with customers and suppliers to clarify and align on technical specifications.
- Define and manage critical technical interfaces between various system components.
- Oversee and guide suppliers through technical milestones, from planning to verification and acceptance.
- Provide technical expertise and support to sales activities.
What You Bring to the Surface:
- A degree in a relevant technical field.
- Keen interest, knowledge, or experience in one or more of the following submarine combat system areas:
- Sonar systems
- Combat management systems
- Navigation systems
- Communication systems
- Other related subsystems
- Interest, knowledge, or experience in the logistical considerations of system design, development, and integration.
- Familiarity with system safety and/or system security engineering principles.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and challenge-oriented mindset.
