Service Delivery Manager (DV Cleared)

Position: Service Delivery Manager - MOD DV Cleared

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be be accountable for ensuring the smooth and successful execution of our clients PKI managed solutions, aligning with client expectations and organisational objectives.

Providing client solutions, assisting with technical design, collaborating with clients to understand their business and technical goals, and onboarding them to our client's managed service offerings.

Rate: £450-525 per day (Outside IR35)
Security Clearance: Active MOD DV Clearance
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: Corsham On-site 3 days per week

Key deliverables:

• Successful readiness of new managed services
• Managing service performance including areas for improvement
• Adhere to all managed service processes
• Support Ticket resolution

Key Experience:

• ITIL Foundation or above
• A strong grasp on ITSM practices
• Experience and certifications in project management (e.g. Prince2, PMP)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Financial Management experience
