What You Can Expect:

  • Take a pivotal role in developing a cutting-edge publishing platform that streamlines development and sparks innovation.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to tailor the platform to their needs, simplifying their creative process.
  • Manage our infrastructure on AWS, with Kubernetes orchestrating our containerized approach.
  • Craft and maintain automation tools and processes, including deployment workflows via GitHub Actions.
  • Construct and sustain core infrastructure components, enabling our publishing solutions to scale and support a vast user base.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems to proactively safeguard against disruptions.
  • Harness the power of cloud solutions, striking the perfect balance between availability, reliability, performance, and cost.

We're Seeking:

  • 3+ experience in platform or SRE roles, with a zest for continuous learning and tackling challenges.
  • A collaborative spirit, with a drive to enhance development efficiency.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS and CDN experience.
  • Proficiency in a programming language (Python, Node, etc.).
  • Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Git.
  • The ability to guide software engineers in cloud-based development, maximizing the cloud ecosystem's potential.
  • Mastery over CI/CD tools and processes.
