Social Media Manager
Location: London - 1 day a week onsite
Salary: £55,000 plus flexi-hours, work from home, equity scheme and much more

They are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead social media growth and support the success of their direct to customer businesses across the brand portfolio. This role involves managing their Social Media presence for a number of brands within the portfolio, overseeing the implementation of effective strategies and tactics, and optimising performance to achieve and surpass key performance indicators
They are a very supportive close-knit team that offer excellent career development opportunities and a people centric approach, they also strongly promote training and development, whether that's in the way of training courses, certifications, or just one-on-one sessions.
The goal for this role is for you to grow a team and progress into a Head of position within the next 12 - 18 months
What they are looking for:
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in the DTC health and wellness category
- Strong operational knowledge and experience of Social Media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn and associated analytics tools
- Good understanding of acquisition, loyalty and retention marketing best practices within Social Media and their application across multiple brands
- Contribute to the development of DTC ecommerce strategies, contributing to initiatives aimed at supporting acquisition, retention, and loyalty
