As the Team Manager of Software Engineering, you'll helm a diverse team of 25-35 skilled software engineers, all working in agile, scrum, and SAFe environments to develop safety-critical software. Your leadership will directly influence the quality, performance, and alignment of one of our client's core product segments.

Key responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performance team with a focus on continuous improvement
Support team members in meeting project objectives related to customer value, quality, time, and budget
Collaborate within the management team to contribute to strategic planning and process improvements
