Our client is looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of 8 .NET/React developers working on the company's customer portal. Unlike other companies in the Finance/Insurance industry, they have an open company culture and are looking for entrepreneurial team leaders to share their ideas and contribute to the success of the business ?

? Central Zurich - 2/3 days home office
? up to 155,000 CHF + annual bonus

Main responsibilities:
Ensuring the optimisation and further development of the department
Helping design and develop the company's customer portal
Ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction
Ensuring the team adheres to best practices and quality standards
Encouraging employee development within the team

Your profile:
2+ years' experience as a Team Lead
Experienced in .NET and React
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable skills: Azure cloud
Fluent English and German (minimum B2)
