I am working with a Local Authority client who are currently undergoing an internal restructure and are looking to add permanent heads to their Housing Digital Systems team - so I am looking for MULTIPLE Systems Development Consultants to join their growing London based team! This role will be hybrid and my client is offering up to £55K depending on experience!

With at least two years' experience in NEC Housing systems development, you need to have a proven ability to deliver transformational change alongside possessing expertise in NEC solution design, strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills! You will also need to:

  • Be capable of leading workshops and managing projects effectively.
  • Have a deep understanding of NEC Housing modules, data structures, and national data frameworks, along with familiarity with GDPR and security management.
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, you work well both independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to excellent user support and customer service.

Your day to day will be varied, and you will work as part of a very talented and innovative team, but you can expect to be responsible for:

  • Designing, configuring, and testing NEC Housing modules, implementing solutions to optimise service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Providing technical leadership by managing workshops with service users and consultants, making strategic decisions to enhance processes and user experience.
  • Overseeing projects, ensuring service targets are met, and collaborating with stakeholders to balance priorities and deliver successful outcomes.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and supporting statutory reporting requirements.
  • Supporting users by creating training materials and delivering sessions to help them adapt to system changes and maximise system benefits.
