A leading and innovative engineering partner in the defense sector is seeking a motivated and proactive ILS Manager (m/w/d) to join their growing team. This is a mid-senior level, full-time, on-site position where you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing logistics strategies for cutting-edge projects.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Leading the coordination and preparation of ILS-related offers and work packages, ensuring compliance with all applicable processes and guidelines.
  • Developing comprehensive logistics concepts based on both internal capabilities and external customer requirements.
  • Conducting thorough evaluations and analyses of customer needs within the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) domain.
  • Actively participating in requirements planning and effectively coordinating with external contractors.
  • Establishing and implementing guidelines for logistics concepts, including the creation of ILS management plans, obsolescence management strategies, maintenance concepts, and project-specific logistics solutions.
  • Proactively managing communication and relationships with contractors and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Providing support in strategic planning within the area of Technical Logistic Support (TLS).

What We Are Looking For:

  • A completed degree with a technical or logistics focus, or equivalent qualifications such as further training as a technician.
  • Proven experience in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) is essential.
  • A strong understanding of relevant ILS regulations and standards, such as S3000L and MIL-STD-1388-2B.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, coordinating, and delegating work packages effectively.
  • A structured and independent working style, coupled with reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills are paramount.
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must.
