Role Overview: As the Workplace People Service Lead, you will deliver a seamless service to our employees and ensure a comprehensive workplace experience across all departments. Your role is dedicated to fostering an environment where employees feel engaged and connected to our goals and values. The ideal candidate enjoys creating a positive workplace and maintains a strong service orientation. Prioritizing employee well-being is central to this role.

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including guest services/reception, canteen with free food, event and conference management, shuttle bus service, and parking.
Ensure external workforce is informed and engaged.
Handle ad-hoc tasks from management and adjust priorities as needed.
Implement KPIs and manage budgets for canteen, reception, shuttle bus service, and event/conference management.
Develop key relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

Profile:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Workplace, Community or Event Manager environment or similar role, f.e. Hospitality area.
Highly service oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Strong understanding of processes around service, maintenance, and office operations.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
