2x Data Analysts - Migration | Up to £400 per day Outside IR35 | Remote - SC Cleared

About the Role
We are looking for 2x Data Analysts to join a high-impact data migration project, supporting the transition from a legacy system to a new platform. You'll play a key role in analysing, cleansing, and transforming complex datasets, ensuring data is ready for a seamless migration next year.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and map old system data against new system requirements
* Perform data gap analysis and transformation
* Cleanse and restructure datasets to meet target specifications
* Handle data from sources including SharePoint, spreadsheets, and databases
* Convert American data formats to UK standards
* Collaborate with technical specialists responsible for migration scripting
* Work directly with business data owners across core process areas

Required Skills
* Proven experience in data migration projects
* Advanced Excel (incl. scripting/macros) and strong SQL skills
* Deep understanding of data quality, cleansing, and restructuring
* Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Preferred Skills
* Experience with government or enterprise-scale migrations
* Familiarity with SharePoint and legacy data systems
* SC clearance
