Aerospace Certification Engineer/Coordinator Contract

Contract Aerospace Certification Engineer - On Site - min. 6 Months - circa 50CHF per hour (42/week)

An Aerospace client of mine is seeking a Certification Engineer for a minimum 6 Month, on-site contract role with their Part 21J Design Team in Switzerland.

The role will involve:

• Preparing certification documents
• Project Managing the certification process
• Liaising with the regulatory authorities
• Managing STC projects
• working collaboratively with the CVEs
• performing validation activities with various authorities, including EASA
• working with customers and suppliers
• helping to develop processes to maintain approval from the design team

The minimum requirements from applicants are:

• Possession of either an EU or Swiss Passport, or a Swiss Residency Permit
• Fluent English Language - written and verbal
• Preparedness to work on-site in Switzerland
• 3+ years of experience in either aircraft certification, regulatory compliance, project coordination, or a related field within aerospace
• deep knowledge of EASA regulations and standards
• Project Management skills
