Application Support Analyst

Remote (potentially moving to hybrid in Watford, 2 days a week on site)

£50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Must be eligible to go through SC Clearance

I am looking for an Application Support Analyst to join a UK-based company that transforms the way organizations manage their digital content and data. Specializing in cutting-edge enterprise content management (ECM) and information management solutions, they empower businesses to seamlessly capture, store, and access critical information!

You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining customer solutions, ensuring systems run smoothly by managing tasks like loading new data and validating reports as well as working closely with clients to build strong relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.

You'll need to investigate and resolve complex issues, while collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services as well maintain technical documentation, provide root cause analyses, and ensure best practices are followed throughout.

Skills needed:

Minimum 5 Years' demonstrable Support Analyst or equivalent experience, simultaneously working on multiple support requests, performing health checks on systems, log examination and troubleshooting on a daily basis.
Comfortable with Linux basics (File System navigation, Package managers, Log management & archiving, stopping, and starting services) alongside strong Windows experience
Bright, energetic professional with an enquiring attitude and strong technical trouble shooting skills are essential along with a broad general IT passion
Enthusiastic, organised with the drive to succeed in a commercial environment and an understanding of the importance of formal and informal processes, data security & privacy issues
Strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills
