Key Responsibilities

Manage the Airtime Billing Team and act as the senior subject matter expert for all airtime-related matters
β
Ensure the accuracy of billing databases and provisioning systems
β
Oversee the monthly billing cycle, including invoice validation and resolution of billing errors
β
Process activations, deactivations, and package changes for global airtime services
β
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions
β
Generate and analyse billing and activation reports
β
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless service delivery
β
Provide training and support for internal teams on billing platforms and processes
β
Approve supplier invoices and purchase ledger activity in coordination with the finance team
What We're Looking For
πΉ Proven experience in Airtime Billing & Provisioning, preferably within Telecoms or Satellite Communications
πΉ Strong team management and leadership skills
πΉ Expertise in telecoms billing software and processes
πΉ Exceptional attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset
πΉ Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
πΉ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, lookup queries)
πΉ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
πΉ Highly organised, methodical, and proactive in approach
Desirable Skills
π Knowledge of SQL or Access
π Experience in the Satcoms or Cellular sector
π Familiarity with Navision/Great Plains ERP systems
