We are seeking a talented Business Process Architect to lead and mentor a team of Senior Business Analysts in capturing and optimizing our customers' business processes. If you're passionate about driving enterprise-level projects and enhancing operational efficiency, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct workshops and lead multiple customer implementations from a strategic perspective.
Guide clients in process definition and mapping to achieve desired outcomes.
Assess customer needs, develop strategies, and propose recommendations for internal process improvements.
Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to create comprehensive project implementation plans.
Oversee the development and growth of Senior Business Analysts.
Work alongside other Delivery teams on special projects, including Centers of Innovation and Industrialization.

What We're Looking For:

Strong understanding of business process architecture principles, particularly for cloud-based platforms.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging with all organizational levels, including executives.
Proficient in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Proven leadership skills with a knack for motivating and mentoring teams.
Strong problem-solving aptitude with the ability to simplify complex situations.
Comfortable working within a matrixed organization and leading teams across multiple time zones.
Adaptable to ambiguity and change, with strong relationship management capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Business, or Computer Science.
Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
ITIL Foundations

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow or similar platforms.
Proven track record with various business process methodologies.
