What You'll Be Doing
- Design and Implement: Design modern AWS solutions with a cloud-native mindset, from conceptualization to integration.
- Customer Success: Utilize collective expertise to help customers achieve their goals, collaboratively.
- Explore and Innovate: Dive into new areas and topics, experimenting in lab environments and building your skillset.
- Flexible Work: Work from wherever suits you best, within customer needs.
- Engage and Learn: Participate in meetups, conferences, and knowledge-sharing events.

What You Bring
- Educational Background: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is desired.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with microservices and containers. As well as a background in, or knowledge of, software engineering (backend focus is ideal) and the SDLC, working with scalable and distributed architectures.
- Passion for Automation: Enthusiasm for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
- Problem-Solving: Enjoy discussing and shaping the best solutions to challenges.
- Team Player: Value knowledge-sharing and helping others.
- Autonomy: Appreciate working independently without micro-management.
- Flexibility: Ability to work from various locations, respecting customer requirements.
- Language: English and German (fluent in one, and at least B2 in the other).
