Role: Cloud Solutions Coordinator

Location: Hybrid - remote with travel to customer sites (fully expensed)

The primary role of the Cloud Solutions position is to coordinate technical cloud activities, communicate and give feedback on customer issues relating to design, implementation, performance, printing, or system-level failure to the relevant Cloud Services teams. In this highly visible position, the Cloud Coordinator will be known to the customer as their primary contact for resolving technical issues.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree with coursework in a computer programming related field (i.e. Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Understanding of the overall architecture of a client/server network
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams and all levels of management/stakeholders
  • Experience in a client service and/or project management environment
