Data Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Data Team Lead in system updates.
• Develop, modify, and maintain software components.
• Resolve data/software issues and suggest technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address risks and dependencies.
• Assist in task planning and scheduling deployments.
• Conduct peer reviews and offer technical guidance.
• Identify process improvements and adhere to IT policies.

Essential Technical Skills:

• 2-3 years' experience in Azure data systems.
• Proficiency in Data Warehouse technologies and SQL.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Data Lake and Data Factory.

Essential Experience:

• Supporting traditional Data Warehouses.
• Building Azure data pipelines and data lakes.
• Agile development experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Awareness of industry trends and stakeholder interaction.

Desired Experience:

• Familiarity with Business Objects Reporting and Power BI.
