Senior Design Engineer - EWIS
Location: Munich, Germany
Type: Working on-site is required (1 day per week home-office possible)

Duration: 12 Months (Extension/ Conversion possible)

My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Design Engineer in EWIS who will be responsible for supporting all EWIS design aspects related to harnesses, assemblies, and parts in 2D and 3D including schematics, wiring diagrams and drawings.

Skills Required:

5-6 years of aerospace experience, with a good understanding of a Part 21J design organization environment.
Experience with electrical harness design and routing in the context of aerospace
Knowledge of electrical 2D drawing toolssuch as Capital Graphics, NX schematics
Good knowledge of aerospace standards and specifications such as AC43.13-1B, ATA chapter 20, ATA 100, S1000D, ARP4754A and DO160

Responsibilities:

Develop 2D designs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and harness definition drawings
Lead all EWIS design aspects related to harnesses, assemblies, and parts in 2D and 3D including schematics, wiring diagrams, and drawings.
