Job title: Electrical Design Engineer
Salary: Up to £55,000
Location: Birmingham

I have a new role with a business known for their large infrastructure projects. Now on the lookout for an Electrical Engineer to join their site in Birmingham.

You will be required to create new electrical designs too meet strict requirements and provide support for existing EC&I packages within the business.

Other responsibilities (not limited to):

Design LV electrical distribution systems
Design of control systems, SCADA and communication networks.
Document creation, specification, datasheets, cable calculations etc
Review and check manufacturers documents for compliance purposes

Key skills and experience:

Experience with mid-large scale construction projects covering EC&I in a design engineering capacity.
Proficient in use of Trimble (Amtech) ProDesign or similar.
Proven ability to build relationships with other designers and project team members.
Previous delivery of cost-effective design solutions.
Experience in heavy industry / petrochemicals would be beneficial.

This role can offer up to £55,000 and comes with a car allowance that will vary depending on the level you come in at. This role would require you to be on-site in Birmingham.

This role is for British citizen with existing or willingness to undergo SC Clearance.
