About the Role:

Are you passionate about battery technology and looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a dedicated Battery Testing Specialist to join our dynamic Component Testing team. Reporting to the Team Lead of Energy Testing, you will play a crucial role in certifying and developing advanced battery systems for our cutting-edge aircraft.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Align with stakeholders to ensure efficient battery system testing.
• Set up test spaces and design strategies in line with CS-23, DO-160, and DO-311 standards.
• Conduct theoretical analysis of test data, providing essential feedback for design and process improvements.
• Work closely with production planning to enhance end-of-line test setups.

Your Profile:

• MSc, PhD, or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in battery systems, particularly Li-ion, with a focus on analysis and compliance.
• Familiarity with Polarion, IBM DOORS, or Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of testing best practices and certification processes.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages like German are a plus.
