Implementation Engineer - UK Role
Hybrid working (once a week in the Leeds office - we can be flexible)

This is your chance to join a fast-growing, company at a pivotal stage of growth. The company is looking to hire an Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment of cutting-edge backup and storage solutions for some HUGE new clients.

No two days will be the same as you'll be working project by project to:

Deploy Rubrik (and other top-tier backup solutions) tailored to client needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that come up during deployment.
Lead kick-off meetings and guide clients through the implementation process.
Work closely with client IT teams
Contribute to knowledge bases and provide smooth handovers to support teams

What we're looking for:

Experience with backup and recovery systems like Veeam, Veritas NetBackup, Commvault, or Rubrik (HUGE bonus if you've worked with Rubrik).
Knowledge of network storage (SANs, NAS, IP addressing, DNS, VPN).
Familiarity with virtualisation tools like VMware, Nutanix, or Hyper-V (one of the three is fine).
An understanding of cloud tech (Azure Hypervisors, etc.).
A background in managed service providers (MSPs)
