Electronics Hardware Design Engineer

6 Months (Initially and high chance of extension)

£55-65 per hour

OUTSIDE IR35

Hybrid/Kent (Client will cover travel and accommodation costs if required)

iO Associates has partnered with a Defence client in the recruitment of an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer.

Working on an ongoing Maritime programme, they're looking for the contractor to join the embedded team compromising of PCB, Software, and Technician Engineers to deliver against timescales.

Experience Required:

Electronic Hardware Design
Support to PCB Layout
Design for EMC Compliance
Fully conversant with manufacturing techniques and capabilities, including design for manufacture and test
Hardware Engineering within an Aerospace, automotive or defence or similar Environment, use of DOORS and Teamcenter.
Familiarity with CAD software used for Circuit Design and PCB layout (ideally Siemens Mentor suite)
