iO Associates have partnered with an AI product-based consultancy who are on the lookout for a Head of Delivery to join them on a permanent basis.

The business develop and deliver next generation AI technologies to the likes of the UK MoD, Government departments and commercial clients.

Far from your standard product business they work with clients to deliver mission critical systems that fit the need of the user, not just an off the shelf solution.

They're looking to bring on board a Head of Delivery to not only take overall ownership of a delivery of a portfolio of in flight projects, but also someone that likes to define delivery process' and galvanise project and product teams in delivery.

With the business continuing to grow, this will be a vital role in not only delivering projects on time and budget to clients, but also ensuring that the business is set for success in the future.

The ideal candidate would have experience delivering projects within the Defence or Government environment or have come from a start-up environment where you have been involved in rapid product and MVP delivery.

Skills for success;

Proven Programme, Project or Portfolio Management and delivery.
Experience managing teams and process' for successful delivery.
Experience within Defence, Government or AI delivery.
A good communicator who can manage up and down.
A wearer of multiple hats who relish the opportunity for change and delivery.
