I am working with one of my favourite clients who happens to be a UK Top 100 Law firm to find their next hire!

They are seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join their Bath office on a fixed-term basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will provide top-notch HR services across the firm, offering expert advice on everything from performance management to maternity leave. They will be the go-to person for a specific Division, supporting business plans and ensuring smooth operations. The role also involves collaborating with the Recruitment Manager on resourcing needs, coordinating the onboarding process, and working closely with the broader HR team to maintain clear communication.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in HR or a related field (or a CIPD qualification), at least 3 years of HR advisory experience, and a talent for building strong relationships. They must be up-to-date on UK Employment Law, proficient in using HR systems, and skilled in writing reports and analysing data.
