Pay rate: £35.03 p/h inside IR35.

Role Type: 12 Month contract with extension

IO Associates seeks an Industrialisation Project Leader for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities

Provide industrial assessments at project milestone gates and ensure Broughton Plant requirements are met.
Define and align project plans with program requirements and manage risks and opportunities.
Lead governance meetings, develop a team of Local Representatives, and support issue resolution.
Identify improvement opportunities in the product and process without introducing risk.

Skills

Strong understanding of Wing Operational processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in managing similar MFT projects.
Proficient in applying project management tools and techniques.
