As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading projects related to application development, including web applications, APIs, and cloud services.

You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, and design, develop, test, and deploy innovative software solutions to meet their needs. Using your strong technical skills and consultancy experience, you'll deliver high-quality applications and services, working closely with colleagues to ensure projects provide value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the development team to successfully deliver application development projects for clients.
  • Leading application development projects using established project methodologies.
  • Acting as a technical expert in application development.
  • Producing high-quality code and solutions that are secure, resilient, and scalable.
  • Understanding client requirements and designing, developing, testing, and deploying effective solutions.
  • Delivering projects reliably within time, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Contributing to estimates as part of the development team.
  • Identifying and mitigating project issues as early as possible.
  • Supporting team members as part of the project delivery process.

Skills and Attributes Required

  • 3+ years of experience working with .NET (C#).
  • 3+ years of experience working with Angular (2+).
  • Experience delivering solutions within Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and automation processes.
  • Technical expertise in full-stack development, including ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Familiarity with the full development lifecycle, including development, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience working with and integrating data within applications, including T-SQL knowledge and use of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools (preferably Entity Framework).
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.
  • Ability to lead projects and engage with clients through effective communication.
  • Strong technical background and passion for learning new skills and technologies.

Advantageous Qualifications and Skills

  • Relevant certifications, such as:
    • Azure Developer Associate
    • DevOps Engineer Expert
    • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Experience developing in PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Experience with Power BI, particularly developing with Power BI Embedded.
  • If you have or are eager to work towards securing NPPV3 clearance this would be highly advantageous but isn't essential as there is requirements across the business that don't require this clearance.
