M365 Support Engineer (Intune Focus)

As an M365 Intune Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our end-user device environment. You'll be responsible for the configuration, deployment, and management of devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring a secure and productive experience, across diverse projects, contributing to both internal IT infrastructure and client-facing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain end-user devices using Microsoft Intune.
Design, implement, and troubleshoot Intune policies and configurations.
Administer and support M365 services.
Collaborate with the team to develop and improve our device management strategy.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users.
Contribute to the ongoing development of our IT infrastructure.
(Desirable) Experience within a government environment.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with Microsoft Intune.
Familiarity with M365 suite of applications and services.
Knowledge of Azure (advantageous).
A passion for learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
A team player who can integrate effectively into our existing team.
A few years of experience in a similar role.
