£35 - £45 ph Outside IR35

Hybrid 3-4 days a week onsite

iO Associates are searching for a Manufacturing Engineer who is highly experienced in the Automotive Industry and is competent in improving the process of a Manufacturing line for a global scale-up.

The organisation is looking to continue their growth across the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence and Medical Sectors. With two sites already in operation, we are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to improve the Process and take them to the next level.

This role involves reviewing efficiencies and eliminating waste within the manufacturing process. You will be responsible for implementing production processes and procedures, leading productivity improvements; including new product introductions and manufacturing cell design.

This position requires working mostly independently with minimal supervision, with work reviewed at project milestones and/or upon completion by Senior Management.
