Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Technical Consultant to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional IT services to our diverse client base. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the successful implementation and support of IT services. This is a hands-on technical role that includes delivering onsite support, managing projects, and providing consultancy services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onsite technical consultancy to clients.
  • Understand clients' unique challenges and recommend technology solutions.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Implement new technology solutions from start to finish.
  • Create proposals for IT infrastructure upgrades and cloud migrations.
  • Conduct detailed technical reviews of clients' IT infrastructures.
  • Communicate effectively to build long-lasting relationships with clients and team members.
  • Conduct cyber security audits and recommend improvements.
  • Manage and deliver technical projects.
  • Mentor and support other team members.


Required Experience:

  • Extensive experience in IT support and consultancy.
  • Experience with older on-premise server hardware and software (e.g., Exchange, firewalls, antivirus, backup).
  • Intermediate networking skills.
  • Experience managing and delivering complex IT projects.


Desirable Experience:

  • Microsoft Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, MCP or equivalent.
  • Co-Pilot & Co-Pilot Studios Experience
  • Background in Managed Services.


Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, including migrations.
  • Awareness of modern device management through Microsoft technologies (WVD, Intune, Autopilot).
  • Proven track record of creating project proposals and plans.
  • Experience conducting IT and cyber security reviews.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.


Client Engagement

  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and consultancy to a 3rd line level.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance and discuss projects.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, reviewing IT infrastructures, and providing recommendations.
