Your New Role

Architectural Design: Develop and review architectural concepts for Power Platform projects.
Collaborative Planning: Partner with customer specialists to define requirements and interfaces.
Needs Analysis: Assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutions.
Expert Advice: Present and advise on marketing and sales processes.
Workshop Facilitation: Lead business analysis workshops.
Solution Implementation: Implement solutions using Power Platform and Azure, providing ongoing support.
Scrum Management: Manage the backlog and coordinate Scrum meetings.
Infrastructure Coordination: Communicate infrastructure requirements to system engineers.
Configuration Skills: Set up Dynamics Online infrastructure and components in Azure.
Innovation Focus: Stay current with new developments and enhance our offerings.

Your Skills

Educational Background: Degree or further training in computer science or a related field.
Consulting Experience: Several years in customer consulting and solution design.
Microsoft Expertise: Experience with Power Platform, Dynamics CRM/D365, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
Agile Methods: Familiarity with agile software development techniques and methods.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (native or C2 level) and proficient in English (B1 level).
Consulting Passion: A knack for recognizing customer needs, finding optimal solutions, and implementing them effectively.

Your Character Traits

Analytical and Systematic: Think analytically, act entrepreneurially, and work with precision.

Interview Process

Stage 1: A 45-minute Teams interview.
Stage 2: An on-site workshop, which could involve a technical assessment or role play, typically lasting half a day.
Offer: Receive an offer on the day, including salary and benefits, with time to consider.
Final Meeting: A Teams meeting to address any final questions and clarify details of your contract.
