Your Role

Drive the improvement of production processes through optimization and continuous improvement using lean methodologies.
Assess and implement new technologies and processes within your area of responsibility.
Optimize costs, reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten throughput times.
Manage procurement projects for equipment and components, including budget oversight.
Train operators on process changes, organize regular training sessions, and update work instructions and test specifications.
Conduct root cause analyses for internal and external errors and resolve quality complaints.

Your Profile

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Automation Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or Production Engineering.
5-10 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar role.
Proven expertise in project management, preferably in an industrial setting.
Certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Strong knowledge of statistical process control and data analysis tools, such as Minitab.
High level of self-motivation, responsibility, and drive.
Fluency in German and English.
