Process Engineer

iO Associates is partnered with forward-thinking semiconductor company, that has developed an innovative process for manufacturing microchips, with applications across a range of industries, including consumer electronics, automotive, and healthcare.

The client is currently looking for a Process Engineer to focus on the development and optimisation of their new machinery's processes.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in laser material processing in an industrial environment and familiarity with the operation and maintenance of systems.
Experience in contract manufacturing, including planning, execution, and documentation of manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Preferred: Knowledge in handling laser dicers or saw dicers for specific material processing requirements, or experience in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and optimise processes directly at the equipment to enhance efficiency and quality.
Execute customer orders, acting as an internal and external point of contact.
Conduct sample analyses to ensure and document the quality and properties of the manufactured products.
Participate in product development, providing continuous feedback and testing new products and processes.
