Are you an experienced Production Engineer with a strong manufacturing background in both electrical and mechanical engineering?

iO associates are partnering with FibreCoat, a special materials production company, who are looking for a Production Engineer to join their site in Gorlice, Poland.

Requirements:

• Strong background in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Upper-intermediate level in both English and Polish is essential (B2 level and above)
• Hands-on skills with machine maintenance and process improvement
• Strong understanding of production processes, material testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in communicating with various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel; flexibility to travel occasionally for work-related assignment
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between the the HQ in Germany and our on-site contact
• Perform material testing, conduct chemical analyses, and compile comprehensive test reports to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Oversee assembly activities and maintain equipment, including managing the aluminium bath.
• Conduct and monitor experiments, meticulously documenting results to drive innovation and improvement.
• Provide thorough training to plant operators, ensuring operational excellence and safety.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet project timelines and objectives.
• Manage procurement of spare parts and maintain inventory levels to support seamless operations.
• Coordinate the shipping of samples and trial quantities, ensuring timely delivery
