Pay rate: £35.03 p/h inside IR35.

IO Associates seeks a Project Management Business Partner for the Filton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. Responsibilities

• Project Charter and Stakeholders: Define project objectives, scope, and engage stakeholders.
• Governance and Decision-Making: Establish a governance structure with clear roles and decision processes.
• Planning and Control: Use tools for integrated scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Risk and Performance Management: Identify and mitigate risks, define KPIs, and ensure regular performance reporting.

Skills Required

• Diverse Experience: Extensive experience in risk management, budget management, scheduling, and contract management.
• Stakeholder Management: Proficient in managing stakeholders effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong communication abilities across all organizational levels.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Single Aisle/A320 Aircraft is highly desirable.
