Hybrid working pattern (3 days onsite in Glasgow)

Accountabilities:

The Construction Project Manager is accountable for overall performance of assigned work packages, including:

• Delivery of assigned packages of work as per the NEC4 contract conditions.
• Cost and schedule performance of assigned work packages.
• Risk management.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience leading a project in a highly regulated industry.
• Engineering design and construction experience.
• NEC4 ECC and NEC4 PSC Experience
• Full lifecycle experience from business case approval, design, execution, handover.
• Experience of change control and risk management.
• Available to work in Glasgow or onsite 3 days week.
