Key Responsibilities
✅ Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and on-quality project delivery
✅ Monitor progress and implement recovery strategies where necessary
✅ Provide accurate reporting on project schedules and milestones to senior managers
✅ Ensure compliance with risk management, change control, and cost management procedures
✅ Facilitate project workshops and planning sessions
✅ Lead initiatives to enhance project planning tools and processes within the PMO

Qualifications & Experience
✔ Project Management certification (AMPMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent experience)
✔ Proven experience in engineering-based PMO environments
✔ Strong leadership and team-building abilities
✔ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
