Job Opportunity: Quality, Safety, and Environmental Manager

Are you an experienced Quality Management professional seeking a role with a dynamic and innovative company? We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality, Safety, and Environmental Manager with a leading manufacturing business based in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve quality, safety, and environmental standards, including managing QMS systems and HSE policy manuals.
  • Develop systems to standardise key processes across the business.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that support business strategies.
  • Manage document control systems and ensure effective audit processes.
  • Drive continual improvement in quality performance, reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee Supply Chain performance in collaboration with procurement and finance teams.
  • Assess training needs to ensure all staff are up-to-date with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with ISO9001:2015, OHSAS 45001, and ISO 14001:2004 standards.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • CQI or IRCA certificate in Quality Management.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH qualification preferred.
  • Internal or Lead Auditor certification.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Friday: 8:00 am to 1:30 pm
