Position: Quality Conformance Engineer

Pay rate: £31.56 p/h inside IR35.

IO Associates seeks a Quality Conformance Engineer for the Broughton site. Join a global aerospace leader specializing in commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects within a dynamic team shaping the future of aviation and space systems.

Responsibilities

Implement APQP and Quality Standards, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and structured product development processes.
Facilitate FMEA across Design, Process, and Machine domains, supporting teams in identifying and mitigating potential failure modes.
Develop and update Control Plans to reflect process modifications, ensuring quality maintenance throughout production.
Lead Cost of Non-Quality forecasting, execute Production Process Verification, and provide lineside support during Start of Production phases to ensure smooth manufacturing and reduce non-quality costs.

PS: The successful candidate will need to have active or transferrable UK SC Security Clearance to undertake the role.
