Onsite in Bochum with up to 1 day remote working per week

iO Associates are partnered with an innovative company in the semiconductor industry, dedicated to developing solutions for improved semiconductor manufacturing and processing.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate must have one of the following; either a technical engineering background or some previous experience in sales.
Strong understanding of technical products and services, along with their practical applications.
Excellent communication skills, with business-fluent English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Enthusiasm for customer interaction, with a solution-oriented mindset, empathy, and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for customers, maintaining active communication and updating the CRM system.
Independently plan, coordinate, and conduct customer meetings in a solution-oriented manner.
Support the creation of tailored offers and presentations for customers.
Research and analyse industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify strategic opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and process optimisation.
Perform inspections and maintenance, identifying optimization opportunities.
