Senior SAP SuccessFactors Lead - contract - Outside IR35
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our growing team.
This role is crucial in delivering innovative HR solutions to our clients, helping them optimize their HR processes through the implementation, customization, and support of SAP SuccessFactors.
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a lead role in driving successful SuccessFactors projects, from design through to go-live, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet business needs and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation and upgrade projects, focusing on modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning Management, Recruiting, and Succession & Development.
- Work closely with clients to understand their HR business processes and provide solutions that optimize these processes using SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and third-party systems.
- Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors best practices, HR transformation, and business process optimization.
- Oversee system integration efforts between SuccessFactors and other modules such as SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and third-party applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting both timeline and budget requirements.
- Lead client workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and training to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption of SuccessFactors solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP SuccessFactors for both functional and technical aspects, including employee data management, global HR strategies, and reporting.
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and provide guidance on system issues post-go-live, ensuring business continuity.
- Manage stakeholders, guiding them through the implementation phases while mitigating risks and addressing concerns effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing leadership and support in project delivery.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) working as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with hands-on expertise in multiple SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning).
- Strong experience in SuccessFactors integration with SAP HCM, SAP Payroll, and other third-party systems.
- Solid understanding of HR business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in project management or leading projects, including managing scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Expertise in SuccessFactors configurations, data migration, reporting, and workflow management.
- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central (including EC Payroll, Time Off, and Benefits) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and integration tools such as SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) is a plus.
- Ability to train clients and internal teams on SuccessFactors systems and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Certified Application Associate - SAP SuccessFactors or similar) is preferred.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and other global HR solutions.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in delivering SAP SuccessFactors in an Agile project environment.
- Experience in managing large-scale HR transformation programs.
- Background in change management and supporting organizations through process changes related to SuccessFactors implementations.
