Role: SCCM Specialist
Rate: £300 - £400 per day (Outside)
Position Type: Part-time (2 days per week), 3-month initial contract

iOAssociates are excited to be working with a leading technology solutions provider who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCCM Specialist to join their IT Infrastructure team on a part-time basis for an initial 3-month contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a SCCM Engineer, with extensive experience in system management, deployment, and maintenance. In addition, proficiency with InTune and Active Directory policies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance
  • Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using SCCM
  • Create and manage operating system deployment (OSD) using SCCM
  • Configure and manage InTune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM)
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Active Directory (AD) policies and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM, InTune, and AD environments to ensure stability and performance
  • Perform system health checks, capacity planning, and performance tuning for SCCM and related systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and ensure successful implementation of IT projects
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for SCCM, InTune, and AD configurations, processes, and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SCCM Engineer
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (desirable)
  • Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing SCCM infrastructure
  • Strong experience with InTune
  • In-depth knowledge of Active Directory policies
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate) are a plus.
