Your Role
As a member of our business analysis team, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development of our investment management solution. You will:
- Analyze and evaluate customer and market requirements in areas such as portfolio analysis, performance calculation, order management, investment compliance, fee processing, fund accounting, and master data maintenance.
- Shape the technical roadmap and maintain the backlog with your team.
- Develop and implement proposed solutions using available configuration options.
- Create and review technical concepts and oversee their implementation during software development.
- Support testing of new functions, documentation, and training.
- Act as the first point of contact for technical issues for both consultants and customers.
- Optionally, take on responsibilities as a product owner or support the sales process.
Your Expertise
- A degree in economics, natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally in the financial sector.
- Familiarity with investment process procedures, with knowledge in fund accounting or fee calculation being a plus.
- Experience in application design and agile work with software developers.
- Proven project management skills and a track record of driving product development.
- A committed personality with initiative and high-quality awareness.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and interdisciplinary teams.
- Fluency in German and good English skills.
