Your Role
As a member of our business analysis team, you will play a crucial role in the strategic development of our investment management solution. You will:

Analyze and evaluate customer and market requirements in areas such as portfolio analysis, performance calculation, order management, investment compliance, fee processing, fund accounting, and master data maintenance.
Shape the technical roadmap and maintain the backlog with your team.
Develop and implement proposed solutions using available configuration options.
Create and review technical concepts and oversee their implementation during software development.
Support testing of new functions, documentation, and training.
Act as the first point of contact for technical issues for both consultants and customers.
Optionally, take on responsibilities as a product owner or support the sales process.

Your Expertise

A degree in economics, natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally in the financial sector.
Familiarity with investment process procedures, with knowledge in fund accounting or fee calculation being a plus.
Experience in application design and agile work with software developers.
Proven project management skills and a track record of driving product development.
A committed personality with initiative and high-quality awareness.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with customers and interdisciplinary teams.
Fluency in German and good English skills.
