Role: Senior IT Service Manager

Location: 3 Days per week in Central London
Duration: 3-6 Months initial (With a view to Permanent employment)

iO Associates have partnered with Public Sector body on a Contractual basis to help obtain a Senior IT Service Manager who can come in and Lead the team going forward.

As a Senior IT Service Manager you will be responsible for delivering the services within the SITSS Service level agreements and supporting the management of their ICT infrastructure and in-house support services whilst managing a team of 11 Engineers.

Requirements;

Previously Team Lead / Management experience.
Strong School/Education background.
Be able to deliver multiple priorities simultaneously.
ITIL or FITS Framework exposure.

As per the above, this role will be conducted on a Hybrid basis with the role being based out of Central London 3 Days per week.
