Title: IT System Integration Manager

Salary: £50,000- £54,000 D.O.E

Location: London or Winchester (Hybrid)

Join our client as an IT System Integration Manager, where you'll lead the implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions across our Repairs and Maintenance department and beyond.

This pivotal role is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring our IT systems meet the unique needs of clients in the social housing sector!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for IT systems deployment.
Establish project governance frameworks and ensure seamless integration with existing processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to outline business cases, assess requirements, and manage project scope.
Manage project teams and external resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Identify and troubleshoot risks and issues, ensuring effective resolution and change management.
Develop training programs and materials to support end-users during and after implementation.

Requirements:

Educated to GCSE level in Maths & English (Grades A*-C).
Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and integration methodologies.
A deep understanding of Total Mobile implementation
Experience in delivering large-scale projects in corporate environments.
Knowledge of social housing policies and operations is advantageous.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
