Your Expertise Includes:
- A recognized Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in managing intricate systems and multinational teams.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative work style.
- A strong customer-centric and sales-oriented approach.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to effectively mediate discussions.
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German language skills are a definite plus!
- Demonstrated intercultural competence.
- A genuine interest in the fascinating world of submarine technology.
- A hands-on mentality and the ability to thrive in complex situations.
- Willingness to travel and engage directly with customers, partners, and end-users.
Important Note: Successful candidates must be eligible for either Norwegian or German security clearance, depending on the final work location.
This is a permanent, full-time position primarily based in Kongsberg, Norway, with potential for hybrid working arrangements.
