iO Associates is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a technology based company that offers managed services in technology, processes, and operations to help businesses focus on their core activities, with expertise in Go and Java to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.

You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements while ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop & maintain scalable applications and RESTful APIs using Go and Java.
Manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) and implement robust solutions.
Work with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda) and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
Lead & mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and set coding standards.
Troubleshoot & resolve production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in software development with Go and Java.
Strong expertise in RESTful APIs, databases, AWS, and DevOps practices.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
Proven leadership in mentoring teams and solving complex issues.
