Job Description
As a service technician in the Transportation Business Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers can operate our test benches and products seamlessly. This includes providing spare parts, on-site installation, commissioning, and performing functional and safety tests. Additionally, you will work in our calibration laboratory to maintain the quality of our products' results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fault Analysis: Gain expertise to analyse and resolve system faults, becoming the primary contact in your specialist area.
  • Calibration Orders: Handle the planning, execution, and certification of calibration orders. Contribute to continuous improvement in our calibration laboratory.
  • Maintenance and Inspections: Independently carry out maintenance, functional extensions, and safety inspections, primarily of an electrical nature.
  • Service Development: Support product and service development with your expert knowledge.
  • Customer Support: Assist the sales team in developing customer-specific maintenance, calibration, and special solutions.
  • Spare Parts Supply: Ensure a fast and efficient supply of spare parts.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years as an electrician.
  • DGUV V3 Tests: Preferably experienced in conducting these tests.
  • Self-Motivation: High degree of self-motivation and responsibility.
  • Technical Skills: Strong foundation in electrical, mechanical, and IT (networks, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem Solving: Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Software: Experience with PC hardware and common systems (Windows, Office).
  • Languages: Proficiency in German and English.
  • Driving License: Class B required.
