The Role:

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be an integral part of our IT team, providing first-class technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and platforms. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, managing service desk tickets, and collaborating with various teams to improve our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line technical support to internal users and external customers.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage and prioritize service desk tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the maintenance and support of IT systems, including retail and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve existing systems.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and processes to enhance service desk knowledge.

  • Proven experience in a service desk or IT support role, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, network troubleshooting, and hardware maintenance.
