The Role
We're looking for a ServiceNow Developer with HRSD experience to lead and mentor our talented team of Software Engineers. In this role, you will oversee the development of custom solutions based on functional and technical requirements, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal code standards on large-scale, complex professional services projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Analyze, design, program, debug, and enhance software solutions.
  • Write and test code using current programming languages and techniques.
  • Develop test scripts and conduct unit testing.
  • Mentor and facilitate collaboration across multiple projects.
  • Provide technical expertise and conduct code reviews.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to estimate and prioritize development requests.
  • Utilize modern technologies to improve platform functionality.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences during ServiceNow implementations.

What You Bring Along:

  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles for cloud-based platforms.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow functionalities, glide records, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Excellent core object-oriented programming skills with hands-on experience in ServiceNow customization.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and relationship management abilities.
  • A four-year degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or relevant experience.

Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation
  • ServiceNow CSA and CAD (willingness to pursue further certifications is essential)
