Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Mentor: Manage and inspire a team of 100+ engineers, cultivating a high-performance culture focused on collaboration and innovation.
SaaS Product Leadership: Oversee the development and successful launch of SaaS platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Data-Driven Strategy: Implement data-driven methodologies to optimize product development and enhance market relevance.
Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA teams to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Customer Focus: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring products meet and exceed market expectations.
Team Growth: Foster team development through mentorship, driving both personal and professional growth within the organization.
Strategic Innovation: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for process optimization and innovation to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; Master's preferred.
Proven success in launching SaaS platforms and driving market adoption.
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing teams of 100+ engineers or data scientists.
Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making and strategic execution.
